ONLINE SILENT AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bids are made by placing a number in the comment section of each individual item’s photograph.
2. Bidding must be in increments of a minimum of £5.00 please.
3. Bidding will be open from 7:00pm 18th November 18 2019 and will close at 7:00pm 22nd November 2019.
4. When the auction is closed, the last bid entered in the comment section that adheres to the correct bidding increment shall constitute the winning bid.
5. The winning bidder will be contacted via Facebook to arrange payment.
6. Any item left unclaimed or unpaid for will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
7. Auction item purchases are final; no returns or exchanges will be issued.
8. We reserve the right to add or withdraw items, without notice.

Huge thanks to all exhibitors, donors and guests for supporting our Charity Fundraising Ladies Night Event last night on behalf of CLIC Sargent's 'Home from Home' in Edinburgh (Ciaran's House) - a great event with lots of cash raised for a very worthwhile cause.
