Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions of Booking


1. Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm – please do let us know if you plan to arrive after 10pm and we will endeavour to accommodate but failure to check in by 10pm (without advance notice) will be treated as a cancellation and the room may be reallocated without further notice
2. Check-out is from 8am to 11am – late check-out can be arranged at our discretion but failure to check out by 11am on the scheduled date of departure (without prior agreement) will incur an additional charge of £25
3. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am
4. Dinner is served between 7pm and 9pm (reservations required)
5. If you have any dietary requirements, please try to inform us at the time of booking
6. Our licence only permits the consumption of alcohol purchased from us; guests consuming their own alcohol may be subject to a corkage charge
7. The entire hotel is non-smoking including all decking and other communal external areas
8. We do not allow pets at the hotel, in the car park or in the grounds
9. Any valuables brought onto the premises are at the guest’s sole risk; we accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage
10. Guests may make use of our complimentary WiFi for reasonable and appropriate purposes, subject always to access and downloads being lawful, proportionate and not excessive; WiFi passwords are available in the rooms and on check in
11. Cars and other vehicles are parked at the guest’s sole risk
12. We require a 10% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking
13. The balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to stay
(Note: Please ensure that you provide valid payment details when booking and that you have sufficient funds in place or you may lose your booking)
14. For cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival date the deposit is not refundable
15. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date, ‘no-shows’ and booking reductions (after arrival date) the full cost of stay will be charged
(Note: We recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances)
16. Any loss or damage to the property found following the guest’s departure will be debited to the guest’s debit/credit card
17. In order to protect our staff, other guests and visitors we reserve the right to refuse entry and/or request a guest to leave the property if we consider that they may have an infectious or notifiable disease

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions


1. Vouchers must be redeemed no later than the Expiry Date on the voucher
2. You should mention your Voucher Number and voucher Issue Date when making your reservation
3. Vouchers should be presented upon arrival/check-in
4. Vouchers are not replaceable or refundable
5. Vouchers can be redeemed on any day of the week subject to availability
(Note: One night stays may not be available on a Saturday night)
